RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, that the PROTESTANT EPISCGPAL BISHOP of CALIFORNIA be granted permission to erect a church to be known as "ST. ELIZABETN'S CHURCh' at No. 609 West Orange Avenue, in said City of South San Francisco and that the requirement of the Building Code of said city with respect to the construction of a two hour (2) fire wall and with respect to the prohibition of openings in such fire wall be waived insofar as the construction of the wail next to the San Francisco Water Department property is concerned. The reason for granting said variance is that the said city council has found that no building will be constructed along the north side .of said church within a distance of ten feet (10) and therefore there is uo basis for requiring a two hour (2) fire wall and for prohibiting the placing of openings tu the wall.
