A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTN SAN FRANCISCO
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE
STONECREST CORPORATION, A PRIVATE CORPORATION, RELATIVE TO THE CON-
STRL~TION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS WESTVIEW TERRACE SUBD1W'ISION.
WHERF~ THE STONECREST CORPORATION as developer of that certain subdivision situate in the City of South ~
Francisco and designated as "Westview Terrace Subdivision" is desirous of entering into an agreement with the City of
South San Francisco relative to the construction of public improvements in said subdivision, which agreement is re-
quired by the terms of the subdivision ordinance of said city; and
WHEREAS C. E. RANDLET~, Works Engineer of said city, has submitted an estimate of the cost of the construct-
ion of the necessar~ public improvements in said subdivision, which estimate is in the sma of SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND

NOW, TNEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby declare its willingness to enter into such
agreement on behalf of said city relative to the construction of such improvements in said subdivision, said agreement
to specify the sum of money estimated by the Works Engineer as above specified with respect to the cost of the cons-
truction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of said city and the City Clerk is in-
structed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution w~s regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco this 2nd day of March, 1953, by the following vote:
