HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1873-1953RESOLUTION NO. 1873 A RESOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AWAR0~a C0~m~CT FOR T~ ~A~R OF ~AYS~OR~ BO~L~VA~O AVENUE AND JUNIPER AVENUE IN TEE CITY OF S0~TH SAN FRANCISCO DURING TEE YEAR OF 1953. WHEREAS the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did, in open session on the 4th day of March, 195B, duly open, examine, and declare all sealed proposals for the repairing of Bayshore Boulevard between Baden and Juniper Avenues in the City of South San Francisco, in accordance with the plans and specifications heretofore approved and adopted by said city council, and which are now on file with the clerk of said city, together with the furnishing of all necessary materials and labor in connection with said major street repair work, RESOLVED by said city council ~hat all said bids, except that next hereinafter mentioned, be, and the same hereby are, rejected, and that said city council hereby awards the coutract for said work to John A. Furrer dba Millbrae Wood & Coal Yard at the price named in his bid. The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute the contract for said work with said successful bidder.
