A~D GARDEN DEVELOP- MENT COMPANY, A PRIVATE CORPORATION, RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THAT C~- TAIN SUBDIVISION KNU~I~ AS SUNSHINE GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 3. ~HEREAS GARDEN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY as developer of that certain subdivision situate in the City of South San Francisco and designated as "Sunshine Gardens Subdivision No. 3" is desirous of entering into an agreement with the City of South San Francisco relative to the construction of public improvements in said subdivision, w~ich agreement is required by the terms of the sub- division ordinance of said city; and WHEREAS C. E. RANDLETT, Works Engineer of said city, has submitted and estimate of the cost of the construction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision, which estimate is in the sum of FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEV~N HUNDRED DOLLARS ~8,700.OO). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLTED that said City Council does hereby declare its willingness to enter into such agreement on behalf of said city relative to the construction of such improvements in said subdivision, said agreement to specify the sum of money estimated by the Works ~ngineer as above specified with respect to the cost of the construction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of said city and the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal city. I~ hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City %uncil fo the City of South San Francisco this 6th day of April, 1953, by the following vote: AYES, Councilmm John Noonan, Adolph Sani, ~ilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith ii,NOES, councilmen None ABS~T, Councilmen None ATTEST: Arthur A.
