R~0LUTION APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
WHEREAS, C. E. RANDLETT, ~hgineer of Work of the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, has heretofore presented to, and filed with, the City Clerk of the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco, an assessment diagram covering and sho~ing the real property described
in the assessment district set forthin Resolution of Intention No. 1838 adopted by the City Council of
said City of South San Francisco on the' 5th day of November, 1952, and said assessment diagram appearing
to be in all respects correct and proper and in full conformity with the provisions of Section No. 5341
and No. 53~2 of the "Improvement Act of 1911",
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS H~REBY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
County of San ~ateo, State of California, that said assessment diagram so prepared and filed as set
forth, be and the same is hereby approved, ~ the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify the fact and
date of this approval and immediately thereafter deliver the said assessment diagram to C. E. RANDLETT,
Engineer of Work, who shall proceed to prepare and file an assessment in the time, form and msnner pro-
vided by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resoluti6n was duly and regularly int~educed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the 2Otb day of April,
1953, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, F~milio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
NOES; Councilmen None
