A RESOLUTION OF TP~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF ~N AG~T BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE STONE-
CREST CORPORATION, A PRIVATE CORPORATION, R~.ATIVE
TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF. PUBLIC IMPROVemeNTS IN T~AT
CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNO~.m AS ;'fINSTON MANOR SUBDIVISION
NO. $.
%~L~REAS THE STONECREST CORPORATION, A private corp~ation, as developer of that certain
subdivision situate in the City of South San Francisco and designated as 'Winston Manor Subdivision
No. 5", is desirous of enterLng into an agreement with the City of South San Francisco relative to
the ~onstruction of public improvements insaid subdivision, which agreement is required by the
terms of the subdivision ordinance of said city; and
WH?REAS C. E. RANDLkTT, Works Engineer of said city, has submitted an estimate of the cost of
the construction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision, which estimate is in the
sum of FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($55,000.00).
NOW, T~PREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby declare its willingness to
enter into such agreement on behalf of said city relative to the construction of such improvements in
said subdivision, said agreement to specify the sum of money estimated by the Works Engineer as above
specified with respect t o the cost 6~ the necessary public improvements in said subdivision.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agre~ent on behalf of said city and the City
Clerk is instmlcted to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certi~fy that~the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Council of the Uity of South San Francisco st a special meeting regularly called on the 27th
d~ry of April, 1953, by the following vote:
