SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

Adjourned Regular Meeting
~TIME: 2:00 p.m.
PLACE: Council Chambers, City Hall
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Ronald G. Acosta called the South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency meeting to order at 2:00 p,m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Ronald G. Acosta;Vice Chairman Gus Nicolopulos;
Members Emanuele N. Damonte and Roberta Cerri Teglia
Also present: Executive Director/Secretary C. Walter Birkelo;
Assistant Secretary Louis Dell'Angela; Director of
Finance William Anderson
Absent: Member Mark N. Addiego
-~=PORT ON ADVANCE Executive Director Birkelo reported that he had met with Mr. Peter
INDING - UNDERPASS T. Haverkampf, representative of Allstate, earlier in the day, and
iSIGN WORK that it was indicated that there should be no difficulty in secur-
ing advance funding from Allstate for the underpass design work.
However, Mr. Haverkampf had requested that, prior to the amendment
of the Agency's budget, further consideration be given to all such
possible advance funding requirements so that they could be
handled by the corporation at one time.
Executive Director Birkelo also indicated that the engineering
agreement was not quite ready for approval at this point.
By motion duly made, seconded and regular carried, the meeting
was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
