RESOLUTION EMPLOYING ATTORNEY FOR SECOND LANE
PROCEEDINGS
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
RICHARD P. LYONS, is hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices, and affidavits in
the proceedings with regard to the proceedings for the improvement of Second Lane between
Chestnut Avenue and Eucalyptus Avenue in said City, and he is further employed to furnish
opinions on the legality of the contract, the assessment, and the bonds in said proceedings,
and his compensation therefor is fixed at 2% of t~e cost of said improvement proceedings,
payable as incidental expenses of t he proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the
City Oouncil of the City of South San Francisco, California, at a regular meeting therof held on
the Ath day of May, 1953, by the following ~ote, to-wit:
