RESOLL~fION NO. 1899
A RESOLUTION OF ~{E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXEDU-
TION OF AN AG~T BE~J~N SXID CITY AND GAR-
DEN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, A PRIVATE CORPORATION,
RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IN~ROVE-
MENTS IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION E~OI~N AS SUN-
SHINE GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. ~
'~MEREAS GARD~ DEVELOP;~T COMPANY as developer of that certain subdivision situate
in the City of South San Francisco and designated as "Sunshine Gardens Subdivision No. 4,
is desirous of entering into an ao~reement with the City of South San Francisco relative
to the construction of public improvements in said subdivision, which agreement is re-
quired by the terms of the subdivision ordinance of said city; and
~EREAS C. E. RANDL~TT, Works Engineer of said city, has submitted an estimate
of the cost of the const~ction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision,
which estimate is in the sum of EIGHTY T}IOUSAND DOLLARS ($80,000.00).
NO'.~, T}{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby declare its
willingness to enter into such agreement on behalf of said city relative to the construct~n
of such improvements in said subdivision, said agreement to specify the sum of money estimated
by the Works Engineer as above specified with respect to the cost of the construction of the
necessary public improvements in said subdivision.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of said city and
the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intrOd~ced and adopted
by the City Council ofthe City of South San Francisco this 1st day of J~ne, 1953, by the
following vote:
