RESOLUTION NO. 1905
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR THE ACCEPTANCE
OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM BURI-BURI HOMES INC.,
TO A CERTAIN FOUR ACRE T~ACT FOR THE PURPOSPS OF
A PLAYGROUND.
R~JOLVED by the City Council of the City or'South San Francisco that said city accept
from BURI-BURI HOMF~ INC. a California corporation, a quit claim deed to a certain four (&)
acre tract located in the Buri-Buri subdivision, which deed has been executed by said corporation
in favor of the City of South San Francisco un, er date of June 23, 1953. The City Clerk is
hereby directed to cause the aforementioned quit claim deed tobe recorded in the office of
the County Recorder together with a certified copy Sf this resoltuion. Further, said City
CIER~ is requested to order from the Cmlifornia Pacific Title and Insurance Company a title
policy insuring to the City of South San Francisco title to said playground area, subject
only to easements of record.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a regularly adjourned meeting held
on the 23rd day of June, 1953.
