RESOLVED: By the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: WHEREAS, the City Council of said City did, on the 18th day of May, 1953, regularly and duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1888, providing for the issuance of improvement bonds in the denominations therein designated, and I~.S, the City Council of said city did, on the 15th day of June, 1953, pass Resolution No. 1902, amending Resolution No. 1888 in part, and WHEREAS, it appears that certain clerical errors ~,'ere made in Resolution No. 1902, ~mending Resolution No. 1889, and ~'~FREAS, it has ~ome to the attention of the said City Council that the bonds ha,,'e pre- viously thereto been committed to mature in denominations of three bonds of $1,0OO.00 each and one bond of $46.56 to mature each year instead of in the denominations heretofore adopted in Resolution No. 188~,::~a~d 't~EREAS, no protests or objections against the issuance of bonds having been presented before or at the time of the hearin8 on the adoption of Resolution No. 1888; NOb', THEREFORE, IT IS t~.?REBY FOUND, DETI~RMINED AND ORD~?~ED that Resolution No. 1902 be and the same is hereby vacated for reasons above stated; IT IS FURTH?. With reference to the $1,O00.00 bonds, the first coupon attached to said bonds shall have a denoml~tion of $44.50 and the subsequent coupons attached to said bonds shall have a denomination of $25.00. The first coupon above-referred to shall represent interest upon the principal of the $1,OOO.00 bonds to which the same are respectively attached coming due January 2, 1954, and the subsequent coupens above referred to shall represent the interest co~ing due on the prin- cipal of the $1,0OO.00 bonds to which are respectively attached for the several semi-annual periods subsequent to said date. With reference to the $46.56--&6.59 bonds, the first coupon attached to said bonds shall have a denomination of $2.14, and ~e subsequent coupons attached to said bonds shall have a denomination of $1.17. The first coupon referred to in the $46.56--~6.59 bonds shall represent interest upon the principal of the said respective bonds to which the same are respectively attached coming due January2, 195&, and the subsequent couoons above referred to shall represent the interest coming due on the principal of the respective bonds to which are respectively attsched for the several semi-annual periods subsequent to said date."
