AVALON Ob~ FALL RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that Section 3 of Resolution No. 18.~9 ProvidinE for the Issuance of Improvement Bonds, adopted by this Council on May 18, 1953, be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: "3. The first coupon attached to the bonds of ~he denomination of $237.~4 shall be $15.40 and the sub- sequent coupons attached to said bonds shall be $5.9A. BE IT FURT~'R RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this resolution to the City Auditor and City Treasurer, I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly introduced and at a regularly meeting of the City C~uncil ~f theCity of South San Francisco held on the 6th day of July, 1953 by the following vote, to-wit: AYES: Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, ~nilio Cortesi, Telford Smith NOES: Councilmen None ABSENT: Councilmen Joseph Bracce Arthur A.
