A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO PROVIDING FOR
THE ACCEPTANCE OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
BURImBURI HOMES INC., TO A CERTAIN FOUR
ACRE TRACT FOR THE PURPOSES OF A PLAYGROUND
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
city accept from BURl-BUR1 HOMES INC. a California corporation, a quit claim
deed to a certain four (4) acre tract located in the Buri-Buri Subdivision,
which deed has been executed by said corporation in favor of the City of South
San Francisco under date of June 23, 1953. The City Clerk is hereby directed
to cause the aformentioned quit claim de'ed to be recorded in the office of the
County Recorder together with a certified copy of this resolution. Further,
said City Clerk is requested to order from the California Pacific Title and
Insurance Company a title policy insurin~ to the City of South San Francisco
title to said playground area, subject only to easements of record.
Resolution No. 1905 ado~nted by this City Council on the 23rd day of June,
1953, is hereby vacated and set aside.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adonted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, at a re-
gularly adjomrned meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1953.
