A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF,
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF.
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE CALIFORNIA
STATE P~RSONNEL BOARD. ~
RESOLVED by the City Council' of the City of South San Francisco that said city
enter into an agreement with the California State Personnel Board in the form sub-
mitted to said city council for the purpose of arranging with said Personnel Board
to prepare examinations for the. classified civil service positions in the city of
South San Francisco. The termination of said agreement is for the fiscal year com-
mencing on July 1, 1953, and terminating on June' RO, 195&.
The mayor and the city clerk are hereby directed to execute said agreement on
behalf of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the' City of South San Francis~ , California, this 8th day of
September, 1953, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolnh Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
Noes, Councilmen None
