A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO FIXING THE
TAX RATE FOR FISCAL YEAR 1953-195~+.
RESOLVED by the City Council of t~ City of South San Francisco that the number
of cents to be ~oaid to said City of South San Francisco upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($100.00) ~f the property both real and oersonal, taxable by said municipality within
said City of South San Francisco, and hereby levied upon for t~ purposes of the
several funds hereinafter named, for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1953, and end-
ing June 30, 195&, be, and the same hereby is, designated as follows:

CORPORATE BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO EXCEPT THAT PROPERTY
WHICH IS PRESENTLY INCLUDED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY BUT WHICH WAS
ANNEXED THERETO BETWEEN THE FIRST DAY OF
JANUARY, 19~6 AND THE FIRST DAY OF
JANUARY, 19~+7 ·

Said city council hereby fixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of ONE
and 69/100 DOLLARS ($1.69) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLAHS ($100.00) of the property
taxable by said municipality and presently included within the corporate boundaries
of said city except that property which is now included wi{hin the boundaries of said
city but which was annexed thereto between the first day of January 19&6 and the first
day of January 19&7 the same being the a~gregate of the amounts opposite the foregoing
funds, and hereby levies the sum of ONE and 69/100 DOLLARS ($1.69) upon each ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of the property mentioned in this paragraph and taxable by
said municipality.

Said city council herebyyfixes the rate of taxes of said city at the sum of
ONE and 655/100 DOLLARS ($1.655) upon each ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) of the
property taxable by said municipality and included within the boundaries of all
property annexed between the let day of January, 19&6, and the 1st day of January,
19&7, the same being the aggregate of the amounts last hereinbefore set forth, and
hereby levies the sum of ONE and 65/100 DOLLARS ($1.655) upon each ONE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($100.00) of all 'property taxable' by said municipality within the boundaries
of land so annexed to said city as aforesaid.
Said city council hereby orders the sums of money, levied as aforesaid, to be
collected.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council fo the City of South San Francisco this 8th day of
September, 1953, by the following vote:'
