clare its willin!~ness to enter into such agreement on be~:a!f of said city re-
l'~tive to the construction of such improvements in said subdivision, said
a2reement to soecify the sum of money estimated by the engineer as above specified
with res~ect to the cost of the construction of the necessary oublic imorovements
in said subdivisiOn.
The m~vor is hereby authorized to execute such ag~e~raent on behalf of said
city and t~e city clerk is instructed to a...fm~ thereto t~e corporate seal of
said city.
