efficient postal service.
BE IT FUhTti2R RESOLVED that t}~e City Manager be, and he hereby is, directed
to send certified co~ies of this resolution to the Postmaster General of the United
States at Washington, D.C., to his d~ief adni~trative assistant, and to our Con-

gressional Representative, Honorable J. Arthur Younser, and our two nmted States
