A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THE CALIFORNIA
WATER SERVICE COMPANY TO THE CITY OF 80UTH SAN
FRANCISCO.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said city hereby accepts that certain deed dated February 10, 1953, wherein
CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY, a California corporation, grants and con-
veys to said CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, an easement and right-of-way for
the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating a storm water sewage
pipeline or ditch, in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line
of Lot 7, as shown on that certain map entitled
"Daly Subdivision, South San Francisco, California",
recorded in Book 32 of Naps at Page ~7,-San Mateo
County Records, which point bears North 68° 20' West
5.~0 feet from the southerly corner of said Lot 7;
thence~along the southwesterly boundary of said Daly
Subdivision and the southwesterly boundary of "Strawther
Subdivision", as shown on the map recorded in Book 32
of Maps at Page ~6. San Nateo County Records, South
68° 2~' East 240.10 feet to the northwesterly line
of Chestnut Avenue; thence along said northwesterly
line of Chestnut Avenue South 43° 50' West 10.80 feet;
thence North 68° 20' West 240.10 feet; thence North 43°
50' East 10.80 feet~to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified
copyof this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of ~an Mateo, California.
I hereby certify.~that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this 21st
day of December, 1953, by the following vote:
