A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH~SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN ~AID CITY AND THEODORE MULKEY,
AKA THEODORE A. MULKEY, AND ERNA MULKEY, HIS WIFE.
RESOLVED. by the City Counci! of the City of South San Francisco that
Said city enter into a written agreement with THEODORE MULKEY and ERNA MULKEY,
his wife, providing for the execution and delivery of a grant deed from the lat-
ter to the former, whereby marketable title is conveyed to said city in and to
strip of real property heretofore taken possession of by said city for the widen-
ing of B Street, a public thoroughfare within said city$ and provid further for
the payment by said city of the sum of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) to said
THEODORE MULKEY and ERNA MULKEY As the purchase price for said property, with
a credit in the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($360.00) being allowed to
said city as the proportionate share of the cost of constructing a public side-
walk extending along said B Street in front of the property of said THEODORE
MULKEY and ERNA MULKEY.
The mayor of said city is hereby autho,ized to execute said agreement
on behalf of said~city, and the city clerk is directed to attest to the same,
affixing thereto the corporate seal of sa~d city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolut£on was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this
21st day of December, 1955, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emili~ Cortesi, Joseph Bracco,
Telford Smith.
