A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEED FROM THEODORE MULKEY, AKA
MULKEY AND ERNA MULKEY, HIS WIFE, TO THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN.FRANCISCO..
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said city hereby accepts that certain deed. dated December 21, 1953, wherein
THEODORE MULKEY, AKA MULKEY and ERNA MULKEY, his wife, grant and convey to
said City of South San Francisco all that certain real property situate in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a~:p~int which is'the most northerly
corner of that certain two-acre parcel of land
described in deed from South San~Francisce Land
and Improvement Company, a corporation, to
Theodore Mulkey, by deed recorded, January 17,
1939, Recorder's File No. 50656-D, Records of
San Marco County~ California, runninz, thence
from said point of beginning south 2~° 21' 12"
East along the northeast line~of said two-acre
parcel 178.8& feet to the most easterly corner
thereof, thence south 63° 38' ~8" west along
the southeasterly line of said two-acre_parcel
30 feet to a point, thence northerly 26° 21' 12"
west and across said two acre parcel 178.74~feet
to a point in the northwest line thereof, thence
north 63v 38' ~8" east along said last mentioned
line 30 feet.to the point of beginning.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause said deed and a certified
copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, this
21st day of December, 1953, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco,
Telford Smith.
Noes, Councilmen None.
Absent, Councilmen NOZ~.
