& RESOLUTION ~ONFIRMING ASSESSMENT FOR
IMPROYEMENT WORK PERFORMED UNDER RE-
SOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1881 ADOPTED
MAY &, 1953.
WHEREAS ne person has, in writing, complained to or appealed to
the City Council ef the City of South San Francisco with reference to the
assessment made by She superintendent of streets~of said city upon the pre-
perry declared to b® benefited.by the public improvement work mentioned in
Resolution of Intention No. 1881, adopted May &, 1953, and all oral protests
being hereby overruled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
the City of South San Francisco that said assessment be, and the same is here-
by confirmed. ~
The superintendent of streets of said city is hereby directed to
deliver to the contractor, who performed the improvement work mentioned in
said Resolution of Intemtion No. 1881, said assessment, to which shall be
attached a warrant authorizing said contractor to demand and receive the
several assessments upon said assessment, in the manner and form required
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City'of South San Francisco this
day of January, 195&, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, AdAp Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco,
Telford Smith.
Noes, Councilmen None.
Absent, Councilman None.
