A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRA~'CISCO CANCELLING
ALL REAL PROPERTY TAXES ASSESSED AGAINST
CERTAIN PROPERTY. ACQUIRED BY THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS the South San Francisco Unified School District, a public
body, has heretofore acquired title to the real property hereinafter designated,
against which there is outstanding by way of lien taxes due for the fiscal year
hereinafter indicated; and
WHEREAS said school district has requested that the City of South
San Francisco cancel said outstanding taxes; and
WHEREAS it is in the interest of public policy and of the general
welfare that said taxes be cancelled,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ,RESOLVED by the' City CoUncil.,,of City of South
San Francisco that the real property taxes hereinafter indicated be, and the
same hereby are, cancelled. The property against which said taxes are a lien,
the amount thereof, and the fiscal year for which due, are as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that said' City Council does
hereby direct the city clerk, as ex-o£ficio assessor of said city, to remove said
parcels of real property from the official assessment roll of said city, and, in
~ddition, mid city clerk is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the Board of Trustees of the South San Francisco Unified School District.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by.~he City Council of the City of South San 'Francisco at a ~egular
meeting held o~th~ ~th day of January, 195~, by the follewing vote:
