RESOLUTION EMPLOYING ATTORNEY FOR VICTORY
AVENUE PROCEEDINGS.
RESOLVED ~ tha City Council of the City ef South San Francisce,
California, thatRX~iHARD P. LYONS, is hereby employed to prepare resolutions,
notices, and affidavits in the proceedings with regard to the p¥oceedings
for the improvement ef Victory Avenue in said City, and he is further employed
to furnish opinions on the legality of the contract, the assessment, and
the bonds in said proceedings, and his compensation therefor is fixed at
of the cost ef said improvement proceedings, payable as incidental expenses
of the proceedingsl
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, at a special meeting thereof held on the llth day of January, 195~,
by the following vote, to-wit:
Ayes, Councilmen ~de~ph~.~ani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracce.
Noes, Councilmen John Noonan, Telford Smith.
Absent, Councilmen None.
