HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1970-1954RESOLUTION NO. 1970 APPROVING ESTIMATE OF WORKS ENGINEER. RESOLVED by the City Council' of the City of South'San Francisco, California, that the estimate of C. E. RANDLETT, engineer, with respect to and covering all of the following described work, be, and the same hereby is, approved: The improvement of Victory Avenue, as shown on that certain map entitled: "STREET IMPROVEMENTS - VICTORY AVENUE", by bringing to grade and widening of Victory Avenue between Linden Avenue and Maple Avenue so that there shall be a driving surface of ~0 feet in width; the installation of concrete curbs, gutters, and a sidewalk 5 feet wide; surfacing of the street with a 6 inch rock base, and paving the same with a 2 1/2 inch black top; the installation of a storm drainage system with necessary catch basins, and an 18 inch pipe running up Victory Aven~e to the low point, to be followed by 30 inch pipe line to the east side of the Southern Pacific railraod tracks, and the performing of all work auxiliary to the fore- going which may be necessary-t~ carry out' the same. 2.82 I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a special meet- ing thereof held on the llth day of January, 195~, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco.
