A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING
FROM THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO
CONVEYANCE OF A RIGHT - OF - WAY EASEMENT FOR
THE RELOCATION OF SAN BRUNO ROAD TP~ROUGH
CERTAIN PROPERTY OWED BY SAID CITY AND
COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO.
~rHEREAS, on the 19th day of October, 1953, pursuant to notice
and the holding of a public hearing at which there were no pre-
tests, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco did
order t he transfer to the City and County of San Francisco, a.
municipal corperation~of certain real property which is particularly
described in Resolution No. 1939, adopted by said City Council on said

cityandCounty ef San Francisco to said City of South San Francisco of a certain
easement for public street purposes; and
W~HEREAS .said City and County of San Francisco did, on the 8th day of
January, 195~, execute an -EXCHANGE DEED" whereby said City and County ef
San Francisco conveyed to the City of South San Francisco a right-of-way
easement for public street purposes, as above specified, and whereas said
EXCHANGE DEED provides for a relinquishment by the City of South San Fran-
cisco of all its right, title, and interest in and to that certain real
property referred to in the paragraph next. above,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ef South San Fran-
cisco that the~ aforementioned EXCHANGE DEED, insofar as it conveys to said
City of South San Francisco a right-of-way easement for public street purposes,
be, and the same hereby is, approved and accepted. Further, the mayor and the
city clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco said EXCHANGE DEED so as to effectuate the relinquishment above
referred to. In this connection, the city clerk is hereby directed te affix
to said deed the corporate seal of said cityl
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by said City Council that said city clerk be,
and hereby is, instructed to cause the original of said EXCHANGE DEED, to-
gether with a certified'copy of this resolution and Resolution Ne. 1939,
hereinabove referred to, to be recorded in the office of the Recorder ef
San Mateo County, and te deliver to the City and County of San Francisco
the duplicate erigina~I of said EXCHANGE DEED after the appropriate recording
data has been affixed thereto by said County Recorder.
I hereby ce~.tify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the~C%ty Council of the City of South San Francisco
this 1st day of February, 195~, by the following Vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco,
Telford smith.
