IN SAID CITY ON THE ~13TH DAY OF APRIL, 1954. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that, for the purpose of bol~ing the general municipal election in §aid city on the 13th day of April, 195g, as provided by law ~said city be, and thesame hereby is divided into twenty-eight (28)' election ' precincts, to be known as: Voting Precinct A, Voting Precinct B. Voting Precinct C, Voting Precinct D, Voting Precinct E, .Voting Precinct F, Voting Precinct G, Voting Precinct H, Voting Precinct I, Voting Precinct J, Voting Precinct K,. Voting Precinct L, Voting. Precinct M, Vot- ing Precinct N, Voting Precinct O, Voting Precinct P, Voting Precinct Q, Voting Precinct R, Voting Precinct S, Voting Precinct~ T, Voting Precinct U, Voting Precinct V, Voting Precinct W, Voting Precinct X, Voting Precinct Y, Voting Precinct Z, Vot- ing Precinct AA, and Voting Precinct BB, respectively. LIST OF PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES THEREOF FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN SAID CITY ©N THE 13TH DAY OF APRIL, 1954. Voting Precinct A shall include all the territory de. smribed in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. i and 39 as established by that certain resolution numbered 7985 and en- titled "RESOLUTION AND ORDER DIVIDINO THE COUNTY OF SAN MATED, CALIFORNIA, INTO ELECT- ION PRECINCTS AND ECTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF", passed and adopted by the Board of SupervisOrs of the County of San MateD, California, January ]9, 195~, and the voting place for said Voting Precinct A shall be in Martin Primary School at Maple Avenue and School Street in said City of South San Francisco. Voting Precinct B shall include all the terr. itory describe4 in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 40 and 41 as established by said resolution of the Bosrd of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the place for said Voting Precinct B shall be in Bray's Garage at No. 1002 Hemlock Avenue in said~ City. Voting Precinct C shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precinct No. 15, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and. the polling place for said Voting Precinct C shall be in Ambrosio's Garage at No. 600 Hillside Boulevard in said City. Voting Precinct D shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precinct No. 12, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct D shall be in Hen- del's Garage at No. lO11 Airp&rt Boulevard, in said City. ~ Voting Precinct E shall include all {he territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Mos. 7 and 27 as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct E shall be in ~rinoff' s'Garage at No. 621 Maple Avenue in said City. Voting Rrecinct G shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco PreciRn~s Nos. 9 and 16, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San Mat~o, and the Dolling place for said Voting Precinct G shall be in Gratterola's Garage at No. 219 Lux Avenue in said City. Voting Precinct H shall include all the terriDory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos.. lO and 13, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct H shall be in Zucco's Barber Shop at No. 218 Linden Avenue in said City. Voting Precinct I shall include all the t'erritory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 5 and 6, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San Mateo$ and the polling place for said Voting Precinct I shall be in Dini's Garage at No. 555 Baden Avenue in said City. Voting Precinct J shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 17 and &, as established by said reselution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the Dolling place for said Voting Precinct J sRall be in Tognella's Garage at No. 601 Miller Avenue, in said City. Voting Precinct K shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 8 and 28, as establishe4 by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said ~unty of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct K shall be in the Junior High School, Spruce Avenue in said City. · Voting Precinct L shall include all the terri~ory desc~bed in South San Francisco Precincts Nos.~ 2 and 3, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the. polling place for said Voting Precinct L shall be in Oliver's Garage at No. 700 Circle Court in said City. Voting Precinct M shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 23 and 29, as established by said resolutionof the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct M shall be in Vincenzini's Garage at No. 816 Grand Avenue in said City. Voting PreCinct N shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precinct No. 21, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct N shall be in Com- munity Hall, Lindenville, in said City. Voting Precinct 0 shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 20 and 22, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the Dolling place for said Voting Precinct 0 shall be in Edward's Garage at No. 120 Mulberry Avenue in said City. Voting Precinct P shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 28 and 35, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors os said County of San }.~ateo, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct P shall be in Stuller's Garage at No. 154 Francisco Drive in said City. Voting Precinct Q shall include all. the territory desc~ibed in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 19 and 30, as established by said resolution of the Board of SuperVisors of said County of San MateD, and the Dolling place for said Voting Precinct Q shall be in Glendinning's Gara~e at No. 141 Knoll Circle in said City. Voting Precinct R shall include all the territory desci~ibed in South San Francisco Precinct No. 51, as established by said resolution of the Loard of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling p!Dce for said Voting Precinct R shall be in Petroni's Garage at No. 407 %Vest Orange Avenue in said City. Voting Precinct S shall inc]_nde all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 24 and 25, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct S shall be in Fontana's Garage at No. 109 Ravenwood ~Nay in said City. Voting Precinct Z shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. g6, 47, 48, ~9 and 50, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct Z shall be in Farrar's Garage at No. 148 Clay A,~enue in said City. Voting Precinct AA shall include all.the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 5~, 55, 57,and 58, as established by said resolution of the Board of Supervisors of said County of San MateD, and the polling place for said Voting Precinct AA shall be in Hextrum's Garage at No. 1269 Miller Avenue in said City. Voting Precinct BB shall include all the territory described in South San Francisco Precincts Nos. 52, 56 and 53, as established by said resolution of the Board of Super- visors of said County of San MateD, and the Dolling place for said Voting Precinct BB shall be in Piccioni's Garage at No. 215 Chestnut Avenue in said City. Clerk At said general municipal election the poll in each of said voting precincts shall be opened at 7 o'clock a.m. of the day of election and shall be kept open until 7:00 o'clock p. m. of said day, when the polls shall be closed. At said general municipal election, there shall be submitted to the electors of of said City of South San Francisco the following propositions or measures: PROPOSITIO~ NO. ~ Shall the members of the City Council of s~d City receive compensation for their services in the amount of SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) per month instead of in the am- ount of THIRTY DOLLARS ($30.00) per month, which is the present monthly salary of each councilman? PROPOSITION NO. 2 Shall the member of said City Council who may be chosen as mayor by said City Cou~il, receive the sum of TWENTY-¥~VE DOLLARS ($2~.OO) per month, for his services as mayor, in addition to the amount~of money, which he may be permitted to receive as a member of said City Council? The City Clerk shall cause each of said propositions to be placed upon the ballot for said general municipal election, in the manner and form required by law. He is also directed to publish a synopsis of each of said propositions or measures twice before the day of election in the "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL", a weekly newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City. A sufficient number of ballots shall be and is hereby directed to be prepared and caused to be printed for such precincts,as provided by law and upon the proper kind of paper, to-wit: the same as ~Bed at the general elections inthe State of California, by the Clerk of the City of South San Francisco and shall be furnished and provided for the use of the voters at said general election. The City Clerk is hereby also directed to procure the necessary voting booths and to see that they are properly erected and to .secure all necessary election materials and supplies required by law. Said City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of said election by publication thereof twide in the "SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ENTERPRISE-JOURNAL", a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, in the manner and form required by law.
