HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 1984-1954RESOLUTION NO. 198~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPOINTING AN ENGINEER FOR THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMEN~ PROCEEDINGS CONSISTING OF THE INSTALLATION OF AN INDUSTRIAL SANITARY SEWERAGE SYSTEM AND INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FR.~CISCO LYING EASTERLY OF BAYSHORE FREEWAY TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND TO MAKE AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST OF SAID IMPROVEMENT. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that C. E. RANDLETT be, and he hereby is, aDoointed as engineer to supervise the excavating and grading operations and the inst~llation and construction of an industrial sanitary sewerage system and industrial sewage pumping stations in the in- dustrial area in said city lying easterly of Bayshore Freeway and extending on the north and east to San Francisco Bay and on the south to a line lying generally,par- allel to Colma Creek and being apnreximately eight hundred (800) feet south ~hereef, and further, he is apnointed to prepare all engineering documents, plans, and speci- fications therefor. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that C. E. Randlett, said engineer, shall make and furnish to this City Council an estimate of the cost and expenses of all of the work herein- before referred to. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intorduced and adooted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting this 15th day ef March, 195&, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracce, Telford Smith Noes, Councilmen None Absent, Councilmen None Attest:~ Arthur A.
