A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPOINTING
E. P. WILSEY CONSULTING ENGINEER IN
CONNECTION WITH THE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE INDUSTRIAL
SEWERAGE SYSTEM IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA
EAST OF BAYSHORE FREEWAY IN SAID CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
WHEREAS E. P. WILSEY, a duly licensed civil engineer,
has heretofore rendered services as a consulting engineer with respect
to the installation of an industrial sewerage system in the industrial area
East of Bayshore Freeway in the City ef said E. P. WILSEY, in a consulting
capacity, will be required during the construction and completion of said in-
dustrial sewerage system; and
WHEREAS the manufacturers, industrialists, and other property owners in said in-
dustrial area, have requested that the city coun~'l of the City ef South San Francisco
appoint and designate said E. P. WILSEY as consulting engineer for said improvement pre-
ject,
NOW, TH~HEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Erancisco
that said E. P. WILSEY be, and he hereby is, appointed as a consulting engineer in con-
nection with the construction and completion of the industrial sewerage system in the
industrial area lying .East of Bayshore Freeway in said City of South San Francisco.
For his services in such consulting capacity, he shall receive the sum of FOUR THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($~,OOO.00), which said City Council hereby finds and determines to be reasonable
compensation for services rendered and tom'be rendered in such consulting capacity, which
sum shall be paid as an incidental expense out of the funds raised by assessment against
the district benefited by said public improvement proceeding.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly int~duced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco' at a regular meeting this 15th
day of March, 195~, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
