A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO EMPLOYING ATTORNEY FOR
IMPROVEMENT PROCEEDINGS FOR INSTALLATION OF
INDUSTRIAL SEWERS AND PUMPING STATIONS.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
that RICHARD P. LYONS, is hereby employed to prepare resolutions, notices, and a-
ffidavits in the proceedings with regard to' the improvement of the industrial area
of South San Francisco, by the installation in said area of an industrial sanitary
sewerage system and industrial sewage numning stations lying within ~id Cit~ of
South San Francisco and being, generally speaking, east of Bayshore Freeway and ex-
tending on the north and east to the San Francisco Bay and on the south to a line,
generally parallel to Colma Creek and lying south thereof apnroximately eight hundred
(800) feet; and he is further employed to furnish opinions on the legality of the
contract, the assessment, and the bonds in said proceedings, and his compensation
therefor is fixed at 2% of the cost of said improvement proceedings, payable as in-
cidental expenses ~f the proceedings.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
'adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meet-inn this 15th day of March, 195~, by the following vote:
