A RESOLU~['ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAr! FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A
DEED FROM WILLIAM W. LYONS WHEREBY SAID
CITY IS GRANTED, IN CONJUNCTION ~f[TH THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO, A SUBSURFACE EASEMENT FOR
~THE INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAINAGE FACILITIES
IN CONNECTION WITH THE IMPROVEMENT OF VIC-
TORY AVENUE IN SAID CITY.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said city accept that certain deed ¢~ated the 2nd day of ~tarch, 195~, where-
bv WILLIAM W. LYONS conveys to said city, in conjunction with the Housing
Authority of the City of South San Francisco, a subsurface easement in, across,
and through certain property for the ouroose of installing and maintaining
storm drainage facilities for said city. Said property is particularly des-
cri~ed in said deed.
The Clerk of the City of South San Francisco is hereby instructed to
cause said deed, to~ether with a certified copy of this resolutio~n, to be re-
corded in the Office of the Recorder of t?~e County of San ~,~teo.
I hereby certify that the foregoinK resolution was re~ularly introduced
and adonted b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a re-
gularly adjo~rned r~eeting held this 24th day of ~arch. 195~, by the following
vote:
AYES, Councilmen John Noon~.n, Adoloh Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Telford Smith.
NOES, Councilmen None
ABSENT, Councilmen Joseph Bracco.
