A t~ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FR,INCISCO ACCEPTING ALL
THE PUBLIC IMPROVE~,~NTS INSTALLED IN WEST-
VIEW TEHRACE SUBDIVISION NO. 1.
?THEREAS TUE STONESON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, as developer of "Westview Terrace
Subdivision No. 1" and proposed "Westview Terrace Subdivision No. 2", has completed
the installation of all public improvements in said "~estview Terrace Subdivision No. 1"
to the satisfaction of Louis Goss, Director of Public Works of the City of South San
Francisco; and
W}~REAS in addition to the foregoing, s~id THE STONESON DEVELOPI.~ENT CORPORATION
has entered into an agreenent with said~ City of South San Francisco with respect to
the insta!l,~tion of adequate storm drainage facilities to serve said subdivision and
said proposed subdivision together with certain 'surrounding aress; and
WHEREAS the Director of Public Works of said city has recommended that a bond
in a sum of money equal to at least ten (10) per cent of the total cost of the public
improvements installed in said l~estview Terrace Subdivision No. 1 be filed with the
City Clerk pursuant to the provisions of ordinance No. 297, as amended, the same being
the sub<livision ordinance of said city,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ~ity council of said city that all the public
improvements inst,~l!e~ by s~.~ THE STONESON DEVELOP~,~7~NT CORPORATION in said "Westview
Terrace Subdivision No~ ~" be, and the same hereby are, approved and accepted by said
city;
PROVIDED, HO~VEVER, that first of all said ~eveloper shall enter into a contract
wit>~ s~id city guaranteeing the workmanship and materials used in the construction of
said public improvements installed in said subdivision, as requested by said ordinance
No. 297 of said city, as amended, and post with said cit~ the requisite bond. In this
connection, the Msyor of said city is hereby authorized to execut~ said contract on be-
half of said city, and the City Cl~rk is directed to attest said agreement on behalf of
said city, and affix thereto its coroorate seal.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of tbe City of South Sun Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 5th day of April, 1954, by the followin~ vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi, Joseph Bracco, Telford Smith.
