CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRA~'!CISCO APPROVING RE-
VISED FREEWAY ~.~AINTENANCE ~GRE~ENT.
W~iEREAS t+'~.e State of California, through its Department of Public Works,
Division of HigHways, has presented to the City of South San Francisco a form
of agreement entitled "REVISED FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEI~IE~T'', which appertains
to the,maintenance of Bayshore Freeway within said City of South San Francisco
between the northerly limits and the southerly limits of said city; and
%'HEREAS the City Co~ncil of said city is familiar with all the terms of
said ~roposed a~reeman~,
NO~? BE IT RESOLVED b~ the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said. proposed ',REVISCD FR~E~VAY ~INTENANCE AGREE~.'~NT" be, and the s,qrae hereby is,
a~roved. The Mayor, the City Manager, and the City Clerk of said city are hereby
authorized ,~n~ directed to execute said agreement on behalf of said city and the
City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certify that the foreKoing resolution was regularly intorduced
and adopted by +,be Citv Co~]ncil of the City of So,~th San Francisco at a regular
meetin~ held on the 5th day of April, 195~, by the following vote:
