RESOLUTION NO. 2010
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtJE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND THE STONECREST
CORPORRTION, A PRIVATE CORPORATION, RELATIVE TO THE
CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS IN THAT CERTAIN
SUBDIVISION KNOlfN AS "WESTVIEW TERRACE SUBDIVISION
NO. 2".
WHEREAS THE STONECREST CORPORATION as developer of that certain subdivision
situate in the City of South San Francisco and designated as "Westview Terrace Sub-
division No. 2" is desirous of entering into an agreement with the City of South
San Francisco relative to the construction of public improvements in said subdivision,
which agreement is required by the terms of the subdivision ordinance of said city;
and
WHEREAS LOUIS H. GOSS, Director of Public Works of said city, has submitted an esti-
mate of the cost of t~e construction of the necessary public improvements in said sub-
division, which estimate is in the sum of T~NTY-THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS {~23,O00.00)~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does hereby declare its will-
inKness to enter into such agreement on behalf of said city relative to the construction
of such improvements in said subdivision, said agreementto specify the sum of money
estimated by the Director of Public Works as above specified with respect to the cost
of the construction of the necessary public improvements in said subdivision.
The Mayor is hereby autho~ize'd to execute such agreement on behalf of said city,
snd the City Clerk is instructed to affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certify that tBe foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meet-
ing held this 3rd day of }~ay, 195~, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Francis Luccbio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi, George
Bosworth.
Noes, Councilmen None,
Absent, Councilmen None.
