A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
SAID CITY AND PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC
COMPANY WITH RESPECT TO THE E]~CAVATING,
MAINTAINING, AND USING OF A DRAINAGE DITCH
WITHIN THE UTILITY COMPANY'S RIGHT OF WAY
IN THE VICINITY OF THE PACIFIC FOIL COM-
PANY PLANT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City enter into a certain written agreement, as proposed by PACIFIC GAS AND E-
LECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation, for the excavating, maintaining, and using
of a drainage ditch within the utility company's transmission line right of way in
the vicinity of the PACIFIC FOIL COMPANY plant, which agreement is dated May 17, 1954,
and in which there~ is specifically and particularly described the lands across and
through which said drainage ditch will be constructed and maintained, and the route of
which ditch is specifically indicated on a plat attached to said contract and made a
part thereof by reference.
BE IT FI~tTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City is authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk thereof is hereby designated to.test
to said contract and affix thereto the corporate seal of said city.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at regularly adjourned meeting held'
on the 18th day of },~ay, 1954, bM the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi, George
Bosworth.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
