A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
CLERK OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO EXE-
CUTE A DEED CONVEYING AN EASEMENT ACROSS CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO THE SAN FRANCISCO BRIDGE CO['~PANY, A
CORPORATION.
WHEREAS on the 16th day of June, 1952 by Resolution No. 1769 this City Council
did authorize the execution of a deed of easement to the San Francisco Bridge Com-
pany, a private California cornoration, which authorization was given pursuant to an
agreement theretofore entered into between said San Francisco Bridge Company and the
City of South San Francisco; and
WHEREAS said deed was executed as so authorized and was delivered, but whereas
subsequently it apneared that a clerical error had been made in said deed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk of said City
of South San Fraocisco be, and they hereby are, authorized to execute and deliver to
said San Francisco Bridge Company a deed in the prooer and correct form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to for-
ward said deed, after the same has been'executed, to the County Recorder of the County
of San Mateo for recordation, together with a certified copy of this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by t~e City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regularly adjourned meeting
held on this 18th day of ~.~y, 195~.
