A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO WHEREBY SAID CITY ORDERS CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS IN T]~E ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION
WITH THE INDUSTRIAL SEWERS AND PUMPING STATIONS PRO-
JECT.
WHEREAS pursuant to Resolution No. 2013 of the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco adopted on the 17th day of May, 1954, notice has been duly given of the
intention of said City Council to change and modify the proceedings under Resolution
of Intention No. 1987 adopted by said City Council on the 15th day of March, 1954; and
WHEREAS no persons interested appeared or filed written protests against said pro-
ceedings or any part thereof and all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard, and all matters and things pertaining to said changes and modifications were
fully heard and considered by said City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY SAID CITY COUNCIL AND SAID CITY COUNCIL DOES HERE-
BY ORDER
1. That. all protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled;
2. That the proposed changes and modifications in the proceedings under said Re-
solution of Intention No. 1987 be made and had, all as more particularly described and
set forth in said Resolution No. 2013, adopted May 17, 1954, whereby said City Council
declared its intention to make changes and modifications in the assessments made and
levied.against the property within the district described in said Resolution of Intention
No. 1987 adopted on March 15,1954.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted at
a regular meeting'of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held on the 7th
day of June, 1954, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi, George Bos-
worth.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
