A RESOLUTION OF T~tE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SAID CITY AND
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FR.iNCISCO RELATIVE TO THE ACQUISITION OF AN
EASE{~%ENT THROUGH INDUSTRIAL VILLAGE FOR STORM
SE~fER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City enter into a written agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of
South San Francisco, a public corporation, whereby said Housing Authority will agree
to execute and deliver to said City an easement across and through the Federal housing
project commonly known as "Industrial Village" for the purpose of installing and main-
taining therein a storm sewer pipeline.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, instructed to execute
said agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk of said City is hereby instructed
to attest to the same by affixing thereto his signature and the corporate seal of said
City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and ad-
opted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of South San Francisco held
on the 7th day of June, 1954, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith, Emilio Cortesi~ George
Bosworth.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
