A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRiNCISCO ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND
MODIFICA?IONS IN THE PLANS FOR THE INDUSTRIAL

?IHEREAS on the 6th day of July, 195~ at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco a nublic hearing was held for the purpose of consider-
ing certain nroposed changes and modifications in the plans for the Industrial Sewers
and Pumping Stations to be installed in the Industrial Assessment District; which public
hearing ~a&~.held :?ursuant to that certain Resolution of Intention No. 202}, adopted by
said City Council on the l~th day of June, 19.~'4 at a regularly adjourned meeting; and
'~HEREAS no protests, either ~ritten or oral, were made to the proposed changes and
modifications in said plans,
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bM said City Council that said proposed changes and
modifications be, and the same hereby are, approved and adopted, and the Engineer is here-
by instructed to make said changes and modific~'~tions on the face of the plans, specifications,
and estimate of cost, or by filing an amendment thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
6th day of July, 195
