A DEED WHEREBY SAID COMPANY CONVEYS TO SAID CITY FEE
TITLE "PO THE RIGN~-OF-WAY PRESENTLY USED FOR THE
EXTENSION OF SPRUCE AVENUE ACROSS THE i{ILMS PROPERTY.
RESOLVED by'the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said'City shall~
and hereby does, accept from the FARM CHEMICAL COMPANY~ a private corporation, a certain
Deed dated July 6, 195~ whereby said private cor-aor%tion conveys to said City fee title
to the right-of-;.~ay presently used for the extension of Spruce Avenue across the Wilms
Property.
BE If'FURTh~X';R RE,~OLVED that the City Clerk be, --~nd he hereby is, directed to cause
said Deed, together ~'ith a certified copy of this'resolution, t~ he recorded in the office
of the Recorder of the County of San Hateo. Also, said City Clerk is instructed to for-
ward to the Farm Chemical CoF,~pany a certified copy of this resolution.
