BE IT RE.SOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the revised zoning or districting map of said City be so changed that
the area of land lying immediately we&~t of Spruce Avenue, south of Myrtle
Avenue as projected easterly to Spruce Avenue, and north of the Southern
Pacific Railroad Company's Valencia Branch right-of-way, be zoned or dis-
tricted as sho~uq on the present master zoning or districting map of said
City and that the area of land recently acquired by Fred Berretta which
lies in the northerly portion of said Cit,.? and is bounded by E1 Camino
Real, the Treasure Island Trailer Court, the Southern Pacific Railroad Com-
pany, and the Cowell Lime and Cement Company be given a "U" classification.
The director of public works is hereby instructed to make said changes on
the o?~icial pro~'~osed revised zoning or districting map of said City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Frar~cisco
at an adjourned meeting this 21st day of July, 195~, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Francis Lucchio, Telford Smith~ Emilio Cortesi,
George Bosworth.
Noes, Councilmen None
Absent, Councilmen None
