BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that said city enter into a written agreeNent with Brown and Caldwell, a
civil and chemical engineering firm~ authorizing said firm (1) to prepare
a supplementary report to their Report on Com~.oosition and Treat~'~ent of
Industrial ~2astes, dated Janm~ry 16, 19~8, so as to bring up to date the
i~formation and findings therein contained, (2) to draft n. nd~submit a pro-
posed ordinance governing the discharge of waste rm~tter into the sewer-
age systet:'~, (3) to develop formulas for charges to be r~de both domestic
a~d .... ~ (~) to submit reco~mtendations
