BE IT RESOLVED that this Council does herebl find and deteR~.ine that
it is in the public interests that all building permit fees be waived with
respect to the construotion or alteration of a regularly established church
or school, private as well as public, and the Building Inspector of said
City is hereby directed to assess no building permit fee in each and every
such case.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of August~ 195~, by the following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen John Noonan, Fr,~ncis Lucchio, Emilio Cortesi, George Bosworth~
Telford Smith.
