BE IT RESOLVED by t~', City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that City Council does hereby find and determine that it is for the best
interests and welfare of said City and of the owners of property lying with-
in the industrial area located to the east of the Bayshore Freeway in saidCity ~hat said
City enter into a license agreement with the Southern Pacific Company pro-
viding for the granting to said City of a license for the installing and
mairtaining of an eight inch sewer line in, across, and through a certain
right-of-way of said company which is located along Butler Road in said
City and is particularly described on the Plat attached to said agreement,
which is dated July 23, 195~.
