NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of California,
that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of South San Francisco will hold a Special
Meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 1981, at 7:00 p,m. in the Community Room,
Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco, CalifOrnia.
The purpose of the meeting:
I. Roll Call
II. Agenda Review
III. Approval of the ~Minutes of the Regular Meeting of September 2, 1981
IV. Approval of Claims
V. Approval of the Annual Report/Financial Reports for Fiscal Year 1980/81

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
September 30, 1981
Special Meeting
TIME: 7;00 p.m.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building
CALL TO ORDER: Chaiwman Gus Nicolopulos called the South San Francisco
Redevelopment Agency meeting to order at 7:49 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER: Present: Chairman Gus Nicolopu!os; Vice Chaiman Roberta C.
Te§lia; Members Mark N. Addiego and Emanuele N. Damonte
Absent: Member Ronald G. Acosta
Also present: E×ecutiye Director/Secretary~C. Walter Birkelo;
Senior Planner Daniel Christians; Acting City Attorney
Robert Rogers; Director of Public Services Robert Yee
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo stated that there was nothing to be
added or changed on the agenda.
APPROVAL OF Member Damonte moved, seconded by Member Addiego, that the Minutes
MINUTES: of the Regular Meeting of September 2, 1981, be approved. Motion
as made and seconded, was regularly carried; Member Acosta, absent.
APPROVAL OF Executive Director Birkelo stated that there were no claims at
CLAIMS this time to be approved by the Board of Directors.
ANNUAL REPORT/ Executive Director Birkelo. commented that the California Health
FINANCIAL REPORTS and Safety Code, Section 33080.1, requires all redevelopment
1980/81 agencies to file an Annual Report of its activites with the
State Department of Housing and Community Development; and Annual
Financial Report with the State Controller; and Section 33675
requires a Statement of Indebtedness for the Redevelopment Project
be filed with the County Recorder by or before October 1, 1981.
He stated that these documents were ready for the Board's approval.
In addition, a Work Program for Fiscal Year 1981-82 is being
submitted for approval.
Member Addiego moved, seconded by Member Teglia, that the Reports,
as submitted, be approved. Motion, as made and seconded, was
regularly carried; Member Acosta, absent.
GOOD AND WELFARE: Chairman Nicolopulos invited anyone in the audience to speak.
ADJOURNMENT: As no one spoke, Member Damonte moved, seconded by Member Addiego
that the meeting be adjourned. Motion, as made and seconded, was
regularly carried; Member Acosta, absent.
Time of adjournment: 9:52 p.m.
