A RESOLUTIOL~ O}~ r?}{!~ CITY CO',;~.:CIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FR:iNCISCO PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
},~NT AMOUNG SAID CITY, [3~i~{RETT & HILP, AND ~.9~C CORPOR-
ATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
said City enter into an Agreement with Barrett & Hilp Development Company, a
corporation, and ~c Corporation, a corporation, with respect to the extension
of Serra Drive easterly into Alta Mesa Drive. Said Agreement shall be in the
attached form.
BE IT FURTHii~R RESOLVED that the ~[ayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of s~id City and theft t}~e City Clerk is hereby directed to
att~st to 'the sapac ~ to a ffi~ thereto the cor~o~-~te seal of said City.
