RESOLUTION NO. 20~2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COblqCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LAND & IMPROVEMENT
COMPANY CONVEYING TO SAID CITY AN EASEmeNT FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF SE~R LINES AND A SITE FOR
THE LOCATION OF A PUMPING STATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Fr~ucisco that said City shall, and it hereby does,
accept from the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO L~ND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY,
a private corporation,a deed, dated August,13,1954,whereby said
private corporation conveys to said city an easement for the
purpose of installing and maintaining sewer lines and a site for
the purpose oflloa~ing ther~n a sewerage pumping stati~u.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said
City transmit said deed,together with a certified copy of this
resolution, to the Recorder of the County of San Mateo for
recordation.

Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted bB the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 16th day of August,
1954.
