A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CiL, DF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A DEED OF INDENTURE
FROM S%~FT AND COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OB INSTALL-
ING A SEWERAGE SYSTEM,AND AUTHORIZING THE EXEOU~
~tON OF SAID INDENTURE BY THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED bytf~he City Council of the City of
South San Francisdo that the City Council does hereby approve
and accept,in each and every respect, that certain Deed of
Indenture,da~ed August ll,1954,whereby Swift and Company,
a private corporation duly organized and presently existing
under the laws of the State of Illinois, as Grantor,conveys
to said City of South San Francisco, as. Grantee, an easement
interest in and to a certain parcel of lan~ particularly
described in said Deed and designated as "~ARCEL I" and a fee
interes~m_in and to a certain parcel of land particularly
described in sa~d Deed and designated as "PARCEL II".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that t~e Mayor of said City
be,and he hereby is, authorized to accept said Deed of
Indenture on behalf of said City, and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to tha same and affix thereto the corporate
seal of said CitM. Further,said City Clerk is instructed to
forward to said~wift and Company an executed copN of said
Indenture,together with a certified copy of this Resolution.
BE IT ALSO RESOLUED that th,~ City Clerk be, and he
hereby is, instructed to forward to the County Recorder of San
Mateo County for recordation said Deed of Indenture,together
with a certified copy of thia Resolution.

and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held this 16th Aay
of August,195~ by the following vote:
