AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN KGREES~NT BETWEEN
SAID CITY AND THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO
PROVIDING FOR THE GRANTING OF A REVOCABLE PERMIT
TO SAID CITY BY SAID CITY AND COUNTY FOR THE PUR~
POSE OF INSTALLINO AND MAINTAINING A SANITARY SEWER.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
~an Francisco that said City enter into an agreement with the City
and County of San Francisco,a m~nicipal corporation and political
subdivision of the S~ate of California,whereby said City and
County does grant to said City a revocable permit for the purpose
sanitary
of installing and maintaining an eight(8) inch/sewer
main as described in the form of s~id rewocable permit(dated
July 26,195~) and is indicated on the plat attached thereto.
The mayor of said City is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to the s~me and to affix t~seto the corporate
seal of said City.
