RESOLUTION NO. 2045 _
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH St.N FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED FROM THE SOUTH SANFRANCISCO LAND &
IMPROVEMENT COMPANY CONVEYING TO SAID CITY AN
E~SEMENT FOT THE INSTALLATION OF A SE~ER LINE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City ~uncil of the City of
South San Francisco that said City shall, and it hereby does,
accept from the SOUTH SAN FR;I~CISCO LANN & IMPROVEMENT COMPANY,
a private corporation,a Deed,dated August 16th,1954,
whereby said private corporation conveys to said City an
easment for the purpose of installing and maintaining a
sewe~ line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of said
City transmit said Deed, together with a certified copy of
this resolution, to the Recorder if the County of San Mqteo
for recordation.
I hereby certify thatthe foregoing
resolution was regularly introduced and adopted
'by the City Council of the ~ity of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the
16th day of AugUst,1954.
