A RESOLUTION OF THE/~DNNC~L OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE
PROPOSED EXPENDITURES OF THE ALLOCATION OF GAS
TAX MONEYS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO SAIB
CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEaR 19%% A~B APPROVING A
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF
SUCH ~40NEYS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF MA~OR CITY
STREETS. .
WHEREAS there has this date been presentd to the
City Council of the City of South San Francisco a Memorandum
of agreement to be entered into with the State of California
by said City, in accordance with a project statement sub-
mitted by said City for the expenditure of the gas tax
allocation to said City for the fiscal year 1955; and
WHEREAS said City Council is fully familiar with
the contents of sa~d Agreement,
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDby said City
Council that said project statement be,and it hereby is,
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the allO-
cation of gas tax moneys to said City.
BE.IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council theft
the aforementioned Agreement be, and the same hereby is,
approved,and the May or is hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement on beSalf of said City and the City Clerk is
directed to attest to the same and affix thereto the cor-
porate seal of.the said City. it'.,being expressly understood by
said~City Council that said Agreement shall be binding upon
the ~ity at such time as it shall be executed by the authorized
officials of the Stgte of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing
~esolution was r~gularly introduced and
adopted by th~ City Council af the City
of South San ~'rancisco at a regular
meeting held this 16th day of August,1954,
by the following vote:
